Did we see this coming?
Three years ago a national journalist predicted the end of Journalism in Thanet as we know it but could we have done anything about it?
Back in 2008 when Justin Williams predicted the end of the line for newspapers in the Thanet area it seemed unlikely. Now that the KM group is attempting to buy all of her rivals in Thanet one has to ask - could we have seen this coming and what could we have done about it?
I'm not about to rehash what I've already said as you can read my comments on the Thanet Star.
Three years ago today the demise of the Thanet Gazette was predicted. Is that prediction coming true? Back in 2008 Justin Williams an Assistant Editor at the Telegraph Media Group wrote of the impending demise of Thanet's print media and the Gazette especially.
